Our Broker, Lee Odems, has been a pillar of the local Real Estate Community for the past 25+ years. A former president of the Prince William Association of Realtors, and long time trainer, Lee has recently been appointed by the current and past Governors to serve sequential four-year terms on the Virginia Real Estate Board overseeing Fair Housing, Licensing, and Regulatory requirements.
Ten years ago, Lee noticed that many active duty Military personnel were being transferred out of the area and were unable to sell their properties that were "underwater" due to the market crash. Lee saw that these service members were turning their homes into rental properties and becoming "Unintentional Investors". Lee launched RPM Direct LLC to meet the unique needs of these landlords through use of the latest technology and an unwavering commitment to quality service and responsiveness. He asked his wife, Michele, who was an experienced Real Estate Investor with a background in technology and management to lead RPM Direct.
RPM Direct currently manages over 400 properties in Woodbridge, Manassas, Stafford, and Northern Virginia. We have a talented and committed staff that is dedicated to maximizing landlord cash flow, minimizing vacancy, and maintaining the long term value of each property.
